Formigo is a survey and research platform that allows users (“Researchers”) to create and share surveys, and other users (“Respondents”) to participate in them. Researchers receive responses and data voluntarily submitted by Respondents, similar to how other online form platforms operate.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your login details or impersonate others on the platform.

4. Data and Survey Content

When you respond to a survey, your responses are shared with the survey’s creator. Researchers are solely responsible for how they use or process the data they collect. Formigo does not own user-generated survey data but may process it for operational and security purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Formigo to:

• Collect personal information without consent
• Violate privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to compromise platform security or access unauthorized areas

6. Security and Account Activity

Formigo collects limited technical data such as IP addresses and device information to help detect suspicious activity (e.g., logins from new devices, unauthorized access to supervised accounts such as institution or super admin accounts) and to ensure account security. This data is not shared publicly.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform features, design elements, and original content are owned by Formigo and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful or fraudulent activity.
